Welcome to Humbleton Apparel AB and humbleton.com. These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use or place an order through humbleton.com (“the Website”). When you shop on the website, we store some of your personal data to enable you to complete your purchase. you have the right to request access to your data and have it deleted or amended. Humbleton does not store or process bank and card details. All payments are made through partners such as Klarna.

Orders

When ordering, an order confirmation is always sent to the e-mail address you provide, therefore it is important that you provide a correct e-mail address you check. Save the order confirmation as a receipt and proof of purchase and to facilitate future communication with us.

By making a purchase on the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to refuse or modify your order in the event, for example, that incorrect personal data is provided or that obvious errors on the website have been exploited.

Humbleton reserves the right to correct prices on all orders. In the event that a price is incorrect, Humbleton may cancel the purchase, refund the amount paid. This action can be performed at any time.

VAT, Customs & Taxes

Goods shipped within the EU are cleared through customs. This means that all applicable import and customs taxes are included in your sale price. When ordering from a country outside the EU, prices are exclusive of VAT. Orders reaching the recipient’s country outside the EU may from time to time incur VAT and customs duties, Humbleton does not control these so please contact your local customs office if you have any questions about what applies to your case.

Humbleton reserves the right to adjust prices and change product images, product texts and offers without prior notice. We strive to ensure that product images, product videos and product texts reflect the product in the best possible way. We reserve the right to any errors that may appear on the site and cannot guarantee that all product images, product videos, etc. reflect the true appearance of the product. Promotional and discount codes
